Meridor — Pricing

Meridor is a self-hosted observability platform for distributed Python and Go services; pricing is per ingested gigabyte with a free self-hosted tier and three paid plans.

Free self-hosted tier

The Meridor Community edition is free to self-host on infrastructure you operate, with no ingestion cap and no telemetry sent back to Meridor. Community supports up to three concurrent dashboards, 14-day retention, and a single read-only viewer role. Email support is not provided; users rely on the public Discord and GitHub Discussions.

Starter plan

Starter is the entry paid plan at $89 per month, billed annually only. Includes 50 GB of monthly ingestion, 30-day retention, unlimited dashboards, alerting via Slack and email, and SAML single sign-on. Overage is billed at $0.18 per additional GB. Starter does not include the on-call schedule manager or trace sampling controls.

Growth plan

Growth is $349 per month, billed annually, and includes 250 GB of monthly ingestion and 90-day retention. Adds the on-call schedule manager, custom anomaly detectors, and PagerDuty integration. Overage at $0.14 per GB. Growth includes business-hours email support with a 1-business-day response target. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.

Enterprise plan

Enterprise pricing is custom and starts at $48,000 annually for 2 TB of ingestion, 13-month retention, and HIPAA-compliant deployment options. Includes a named technical account manager, 24x7 emergency support with a 1-hour response SLA on Sev 1 incidents, and on-premises Kubernetes deployment. Multi-region active-active is an additional $18,000 per region per year.
